It's bed time

Not a lot for a dog to do on the ferry from Italy to Greece but sleep !

Another stop....

Another rest stop, this time on the motorway in Italy.  Now the Guv and the Misses are not fans of Italy as the camp sites are nearly all too big and the motorways far too busy.  However what they do like is the motorway services, good (and cheap) coffee and a variety of food again at reasonable prices.

I'd rather the French "aires", many that have good grass & woodland areas for ME!

Lets play Guv

Now the other day I told you about this good rest stop we had near Chambery, well it also not only had hot drinks dispensers for humans but also this play area for mini humans.......They weren't using it so the Guv and I did !!

Looks the same to me.....

I've said it before and I'll say it again, sometimes I don't understand my people!

The Guv told the Misses that he had brought the clocks forward but checking them out they look as if they are in the same position on the bedside cabinets as always .....

Still it's 0700hrs and time for me to get the Guv up to take me for my morning beach walk......

Rest stops.......

One thing I like about my people is that they really understand a doggy girls needs!  Whilst our drive is long the Guv stops frequently to let me do what I need to......

This rest stop was not far from where we stayed in Chambery

I'm off....

So as you can see I'm off on a long journey again. The poppymobile all packed with my bed and "goodies".  If the Guv stops enough times I'll get him to take some photographs and show you over the next few days how I get on......

A bar where I'm not barred!

So this morning started like any other morning but there was also something extra going on.  The Guv and the Misses were busy packing bags and that means only one thing.......they're off somewhere.

Now it also means I have to be on my best behaviour in case I get left behind. Still I did get taken out for lunch, a place where we often go and I'm allowed to join the humans inside.  It's called  "The Colonnes" , mind you the humans got to eat and drink...I DIDN'T  !!

Sunday 13 March 2016

Its a very quiet day.....

Another lazy day really, but it's Sunday and on Sundays the humans have an agreement not to make any noise so no garden strimming, lawn mowing etc. The Guv was really pleased our neighbour came and cut the grass yesterday as the Guv's sit on grass cutting machine is still in Greece, and as you know the Guv is getting older so I have to look after him!

Lazy day....

I've decided I'm going to have another lazy day today!  The Guv and the Misses are out in the garden doing, well sort of human things.  Mind you I don't understand why the Guv does not tell the Misses off when she's digging holes, as he always tells me off when I dig holes...
Anyway, I'll just lie here in the sun and enjoy chewing my pigs ear !

Bodyguard....

I had a very tiring morning guarding my people as they walked through the market in Riberac.  You see I have to do that because other humans take their canines there also and the Guv and the Misses could be attacked!  So I make sure I attack the other canines first.....

....and now back home I deserve my afternoon nap by the fire.

Boring.....

Not a lot happening in my life at present, the normal early morning walks and the trips in "Rover" for my people to get the daily baguette in Chalais....

Still next week I'm off for a BIG adventure, I'll tell you more later.

Dydd Happus Gwyl Dewi

Now being Greek I have not cottoned onto this Welsh language thing, but I heard the Guv say something like "Dydd Happus Gwyl Dewi" to the Misses this morning.  Since then I have found out that it's St David's Day, the patron saint of Wales  (the Guv & Misses are Welsh "you see")....

So just to humour them I allowed the Guv to take a photograph of me standing by some daffodils in our garden in France, a National Emblem of Wales
